Lowell Miller has more than 26 years of business management experience in numerous leadership positions in a variety of industries.
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Lowell leverages his executive leadership experience in eBusiness and eMarketing at a Fortune 200 company to lead a team of consultants that engage our clients in developing customized strategic solutions and interactive tactics involving emerging platforms and technologies.
Through an in depth understanding of the client’s customers, eCubed Marketing brings together the power of eCommerce, Customer Experience and Customer Engagement to increase brand loyalty and revenues.
Lowell also serves as an advisory board member for a technology start-up, a board member for a non-profit service organization and guest lectures at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
Prior to becoming President and CEO of eCubed Marketing, Lowell served as Vice President of e-Business at Qwest Communications where he oversaw online strategy, e-marketing and e-commerce operations for the company. In the two years of executing on his vision, Qwest.com grew nearly 300% in consumer online activity and revenues.
Lowell’s most notable achievement while at Qwest was implementing new customer engagement strategies that resulted in dramatic increases in customer satisfaction. As part of the engagement model, Lowell championed the company’s social media and alternative marketing strategies. Under Lowell’s leadership, Qwest launched their first Twitter and Facebook initiatives as well as the company’s first mobile platform campaign.
Prior to joining Qwest, Lowell was one of the original employees of Denver-based Frontier Airlines. During his 14 years with Frontier, he was instrumental in the launch of the company’s online strategy in 1999 and the creation of the company’s industry award winning customer loyalty program, EarlyReturns® in 2001. In addition to marketing and sales, Lowell also held leadership positions at Frontier in information technology, customer service and ground operations, and airline alliances and partnerships.
Lowell holds a bachelor’s degree in technology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and a master’s degree in business from the University of Denver. Lowell currently resides in Colorado.

Eric Lanier has nearly decade of experience in digital and experiential marketing and product management spanning sports marketing, travel, telecom, and tech start ups.
As Chief Operating Officer, Eric leverages his experience in creating and maintaining strategic marketing initiatives, digital communication assets, and participating in start ups to ensure efficient and best-practice driven strategies are being implemented.
With his background in new technologies and eCommerce platforms, Eric provides unique insight for the clients of eCubed Marketing, combining years of corporate experience with tools that scale and increase overall productivity for a team through marketing technologies.
Eric currently serves as co-founder of a technology start-up, a communications committee member for a non-profit organization, and eCommerce manager for a large digital retailer.
Eric resides in Denver with his wife and son, and when his head isn’t buried in his laptop or phone, he is traveling, skiing, playing hockey and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
